Medical Capability Value Creation Head 

Where do you want to go?

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our team as the Global Medical Value Creation Head. In this pivotal role, you will drive transformative change within the Medical Capability Home, establishing functional value pillars and metrics that align with our mega brands. You will work closely with the Medical Capability Home Leadership Team to craft a visionary strategy, optimize resource allocation, and ensure seamless interaction during the strategic planning process.

• Facilitate Medical Capability Transformation: Collaborate with the Medical Capability Home Leadership Team to set a forward-thinking vision and strategy that aligns with company goals and anticipates future consumer and healthcare professional (HCP) needs.
• Value Creation Architect: Develop value creation levers within the Medical Capability Home, ensuring alignment across sub-capability areas and creating metrics to track progress and maximize value.
• Transformation Leader: Drive transformative change to enhance efficiency and productivity within our Dynamic Share Ownership (DSO) operating model
• Governance Innovator: Build governance frameworks to improve visibility of functional value creation, optimize resource flow, and ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
• Integrated Medical Capability Home and Activity Plans: Develop a comprehensive capability framework for medical teams to plan their 90-day and 3+ year brand strategies, focusing on medical insights and resource allocation.
• Stakeholder Coordinator: Coordinate stakeholders across Global, Regions, and Countries to align on strategic activities, insights, and priorities.
• Relationship Builder: Cultivate strong relationships with regional Medical Capability Heads to harmonize implementation plans that are aligned both regionally and globally.
• Gap Champion: Advocate for identified gaps, providing coaching and guidance to medical experts, ensuring research needs are incorporated into commercial planning.

Does this sound like you?

Required:

• Degree in a medical or health-related scientific discipline.
• Business qualifications (e.g., MBA) preferred.
• Further education in Change Management, Project Management, Coaching & Mentoring, and/or Educational Sciences is desirable.
• 15+ years of relevant experience in Clinical and/or Medical, with 10+ years in management/leadership roles.
• Proven track record in developing functional strategies and coordinating multi-region evidence generation plans.
• Extensive knowledge in areas such as Clinical Operations, Evidence Generation, Medical Information, and Governance.
• Demonstrated success in building global and cross-functional capabilities.
• Essential international team leadership experience.
