Medical Receptionist

In 2026, I-MED Radiology's clinic network expanded across the Sydney Metropolitan Region following the acquisitions of Radiology Group, High Street Medical Imaging and Emerton Medical Imaging located Sydney’s West.

The role is a casual position, working shifts between 6:45am-10pm Monday to Friday, with optional Saturday shifts available.

Role Overview:

As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures.


• Answering emails and phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally.


• Advising patients of preparation prior to relevant scans.


• Billing procedures – private, Medicare, workers compensation, and DVA.


• Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists, and referrers.
