Hours: Between 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM

What You’ll Be Doing

As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional care and support. Your day-to-day will include:

Patient Care & Support

• Welcoming patients with warmth and professionalism


• Scheduling appointments and managing patient data


• Assisting with general enquiries and providing a calm presence

Reception & Administration

• Handling payments and billing (Medicare, Private Health, DVA, etc.)


• Managing medical records with confidentiality


• Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area


• Responding to internal emails and coordinating with clinical staff

Team Collaboration

• Working independently and as part of a supportive team


• Communicating with referring doctors and other stakeholders


• Providing coverage during staff leave when needed

What You’ll Bring

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office, medical software)


• Understanding of medical terminology


• Previous experience in radiology or medical reception is a plus
