Medical Receptionist /Admin - Full-Time Wheelers Hill and Dandenong.

Scope Healthcare, a trusted provider of cardiology testing across Melbourne, is growing, and we’re looking for friendly, enthusiastic Receptionists / Technicians to join our South-East clinics.

You don’t need prior medical experience, what really matters great attitude. If you’re organised, proactive, take pride in your work, have an eye for detail, and genuinely enjoy helping people, you’ll fit right in. Bring a willingness to learn, a can-do approach, and the ability to multitask, and you could be the perfect addition to our team.

The role:

• Welcome patients and make them feel comfortable and cared for
• Manage appointments, billing, and payments
• Answer calls, schedule bookings, and confirm appointments
• Enter patient information accurately into our clinical systems
• Help with general admin to keep the clinic running smoothly

To thrive in this role, you’ll need to bring:

• Full working rights and permanent residency in Australia
• A friendly, professional, and approachable manner, you genuinely enjoy helping people
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Confidence using computers, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• A current driver’s licence and access to a car
• Experience in medical reception, technician work, or HealthTrack is a bonus, but not essential

• Full training will be provided for the successful applicants
