We have an opportunity for an experienced Medical Receptionist and Administrator to join our admin team in a casual role. This position is one day per week, with additional hours covering sick leave and annual leave, and scope to grow in the future. In this position you will support with both patient reception and administration which will mean you have a really interesting range of duties. Your daily tasks will include:
In this role you will be working as part of a small team, so we are really looking for someone who has a broad skill set and happy to work across a range of different duties in a flexible way.
This role is ideal for an experienced Medical Receptionist or Administration Assistant, ideally with experience in healthcare, however this is not essential.
It is a really varied and dynamic role, so that must be something that appeals to you. No two days are the same, you will need to prioritise and plan each day while having a genuine desire to learn about Fertility.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a real passion for providing exceptional patient care, strong computer skills and the ability to learn new technology with ease as you will work across a number of systems in this role. It is a real opportunity to develop your skills and move into a role where you really feel like you are working with a true sense of purpose.
