Medical Receptionist - Fast Hire

Who:

We are looking for an enthusiastic medical receptionist, with at least 6 months of experience in a similar role. The following qualities would be highly desirable:

• Previous medical admin/reception role for minimum 6 months
• Knowledge of medical software (Especially Best-Practice)
• Proactive thinker, Multitasking,who can problem-solve.
• Enthusiastic and enjoys customer service.
• Willing to learn new skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment 
• Courteous Telephone Manners
• Compassion and Professionalism 

What:

Ringwood Family Medical is an established, independently GP owned clinic. Located in a busy shopping Centre, with easy access to parking.

Ringwood Family Medical is an inclusive clinic, offering holistic care from practitioners with a supportive environment for learning and professional growth.

Hours available: 20-30 hours/week, days can be flexible. Open Monday to Fridays 8:30am to 5:30 pm.

Where:

Ringwood, Melbourne.

When:

The role will commence ASAP, starting with paid training (on site and virtual), with further on the job training as required.
