Medical Receptionist (Switchboard Operator) - Join a Leading Company

Key Responsibilities include:

• Handling high volume inbound and outbound calls via digital call switchboard. 
• Answer, screen, and forward Phone calls and queries for the Business
• Managing /Responding/forwarding the daily emails
• Delivering assistance in a polite, clear, well-spoken and calm manner in all circumstances
• Performing routine clerical duties as required by the Manager
• Office administration, Data Entry, Book Keeping

• Someone with experience in a customer service role

• Possess great written and verbal communication skills.
