As a Recruitment Consultant (or Solutions Specialist, as we like to say), you’ll connect qualified doctors with locum opportunities across Australia’s hospitals and healthcare services.

About the role 

You'll act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates, establishing long-term partnerships that contribute to the sustainable growth of the business. This is your chance to become a key player in an ambitious and people-first organisation. Build trusted relationships with doctors, supporting them in navigating career goals and lifestyle aspirations. You will:

• Qualify doctors and consult with them to align their goals with the right locum opportunities.


• Collaborate with healthcare organisations to understand current and future recruitment needs.


• Strategically match candidates with job opportunities across states and territories.


• Negotiate and finalise agreements between clients and doctors.


• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and go above and beyond for both clients and candidates.


• Partner with internal support teams to keep admin off your plate and focus on what you do best, building relationships.

This is a phone-based role, based in our fantastic Robina office, with flexible hybrid work arrangements available post initial 6 months training.

Our Ideal Recruitment Consultant

You might come from a recruitment, healthcare, or sales background, or all three. Either way, you're confident, curious, and highly motivated to build a thriving portfolio in a fast-moving space.

You’ll ideally have:

• Experience in recruitment (bonus if it’s locum or healthcare focused)


• Strong business development skills, calling clients to ascertain their locum and permanent recruitment needs


• Strong sales drive with measurable success in hitting targets


• Confidence managing a phone-based client portfolio across multiple stakeholders


• Excellent communication, listening, and negotiation skills


• A consultative and strategic sales mindset


• Persistence, optimism, and the drive to hit targets


• A passion for making a difference in people’s lives
