Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Medical Liaison Officer to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, advocating for the medical use of cannabis, and ensuring the safe and effective use of our client's products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for healthcare providers regarding our client's medical cannabis products.
• Educate and support clinicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals on the benefits and applications of medical cannabis.
• Collaborate with the research and development team to stay updated on the latest clinical data and product innovations.
• Participate in medical conferences, seminars, and other events to promote the therapeutic use of cannabis.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to medical cannabis.
• Provide insights and feedback from the field to support product development and marketing strategies.
• Travel extensively to meet with healthcare providers and attend industry events (up to 60% travel required).

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of medical cannabis and its therapeutic applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interpret and present complex clinical data to healthcare professionals.
• Self-motivated, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing).
• Advanced degree (e.g., PharmD, MD, PhD) in a related field.
• Previous experience as a medical liaison or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to medical cannabis.
