• Office coordination including procurement of office stationary and medical supplies.

To ensure success you will have:

• Previous administration experience
• Medical or legal knowledge highly desirable
• High level computer skills and ms office competency
• Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy and quality of work
• Accurate data processing and inputting
• Strong problem solving capabilities
• Excellent time management skills including the ability to manage numerous tasks concurrently
