ABOUT THE ROLE

You will report directly into the Member Growth Manager and indirectly into the Marketing Communications Manager to support, coordinate and administer various essential tasks to ensure that our sales and marketing departments run effectively and efficiently.

Working within a small and highly interdependent team, the role demands professionalism, very high attention to detail, technical systems proficiency and efficiency in managing competing priorities and challenges of a fast-moving start-up environment.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Research and prioritise incoming leads
  • Update the CRM Software (HubSpot) and maintain an accurate member and deals database as well as waitlist
  • Assist in prospective member and event hirer tour scheduling and preparation
  • Assist in the preparation of new member and event hirer proposals and quotes
  • Create new Membership Agreements
  • Update and maintain member incentives and promotion information
  • Input and cross-check annual membership rate rises
  • Identify and administer existing member contract extensions
  • Process member upgrade, transfers and optional extra requests
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding of members and event hirers
  • Triage and respond to general email, live chat and phone enquiries
  • Update and maintain shared workspace listings on external websites
  • Assist with eDMs and SMS to prospective members
  • Assist with the provision of assets and copy for the paid social media campaigns
  • Coordinate resources to support marketing events including conferences and exhibitions

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years’ relevant experience
  • Exposure to sales and/or marketing support functions
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail is essential
  • The ability to multitask and prioritise on a daily basis
  • Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy level
  • Mathematical competency 
  • HubSpot or similar CRM experience will be strongly regarded
  • Not above any job and can juggle multiple tasks at the same time
  • Technically competent and able to understand and work with online software, CRM and digital marketing applications
  • Other computer skills including MS Office, Google Drive, Zoom, Asana & Slack
