ABOUT THE ROLE

The successful applicant will be welcomed into our Circle to become responsible for:

• Broker Onboarding and verification of broker documentation.
• Lender Onboarding and set up.
• Oversee and contribute to our Broker Accreditation process, including liaising directly with lenders with regards to accreditations.
• Assisting with and adhering to compliance, association and regulatory requirements.
• Assisting with documentation compliance verification and audits of our members. 
• Communicating with our members to answer compliance and general queries and provide support to our members/brokers where required.
• Assist with ad hoc administration duties as directed.
• All whilst collaboratively working within the team to ensure operational efficiencies.

ABOUT YOU - REQUIRED

• Minimum 2+ years industry experience
• High level of attention to detail 
• Demonstrated Complex problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent stakeholder relationship management skills
• Working within a CRM and Microsoft suite experience
• Strong ability to manage your own time, conflicting priorities and multi-task successfully
• Ability to work autonomously whilst simultaneously contributing to our team 
•  “Can Do” attitude with courage and ability to achieve successful outcomes for our business, our members and their businesses. 

ABOUT YOU – IDEAL

• Business Tertiary qualifications 
• Salestrekker and Applyonline experience/exposure
• HubSpot experience
• Previous history working with an Aggregator or as a Broker/Loan writer.
