Membership Sales Manager - with Great Benefits

The Role: 

• Sales Manager at Powerhouse Gym Elite in Stafford, full time work hours available. 
• Salary + commission $$ = high earning potential.
• Free gym membership.
• Proactively building and managing membership base. 

About Us:

At Powerhouse Gym Elite we offer an Elite Fitness and Training Experience with top of the range equipment and luxury facilities. Catering to strength training and functional training, group classes and reformer pilates. 

Your Responsibility’s:

• Generate new membership leads, using creative & varied techniques to ensure a constant flow of incoming leads, including actively promoting the facilities to local businesses & the community. 
• New membership sales – manage and grow the club member base.
• Follow up with leads and inquiries via phone, email, or booking in-person appointments. 
• Greet and engage with prospective members in a friendly and professional manner.
• Conduct tours of the gym, showcasing our equipment, amenities, and services. 
• Determining prospective members health goals and demonstrating the clubs facilities that will assist them to meet their goals.
• Assist in the sales process by effectively communicating membership packages and options.
• Have a strong work ethic, be reliable, proactive, punctual, professional & well-presented. 
• Perform general reception duties as needed.

To be successful for the role:

• 2+ Years sales experience required, preferably in the fitness industry (but not mandatory). 
• Have Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 
• Be a motivated person with a natural drive to achieve individual and team targets. 
• Experience in a KPI-driven environment with a proactive Lead Generation mindset.
• Demonstrate adaptability to work within a fast-paced environment. 
• Ability to work as part of a team as well as work autonomously, demonstrating good time management and capacity to prioritise important tasks. 
• Ability to multitask, prioritise appointments and follow up tasks, demonstrate initiative and ability to think outside the box. 
• Enthusiasm for fitness and a healthy lifestyle. 
• Computer literacy & ability to learn new systems, attention to detail.
