About the role

Community Mental Health Teams (CMHT) provide specialist, recovery-oriented care to individuals experiencing serious mental illness within their local community.

The Surfcoast CMHT deliver comprehensive, multidisciplinary mental health care across the Bellarine Peninsula and Surfcoast, supporting consumers in community settings with a strong focus on continuity of care, recovery, and community connection.
