Grace Recovery Hub is currently looking for Mental Health Support Workers to work in Pakenham, Ringwood, Preston, Heidelberg, Rowville, Hoppers Crossing, Keilor, Dandenong and surrounding areas.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
At Grace Recovery Hub, we're seeking individuals who possess highly developed interpersonal skills and thrive on connecting with new people. If you have prior experience in mental health or community-related roles and are looking for a consistent and stable routine, we encourage you to join our team.
About you:
Interpersonal Skills: You should feel comfortable meeting and engaging with individuals from diverse backgrounds, fostering a supportive environment.
Experience: Prior experience in mental health or community-related roles is preferred, demonstrating your commitment to supporting others.
Consistency: You're looking for a role where you can work at least 20 hours each week, primarily on weekdays between 9am-5pm hours. Please note that if you study full-time or prefer weekend or night shifts, this may not be the ideal position for you.
Commitment: We're seeking candidates who are dedicated to making a positive impact and are willing to commit to the role for at least 12 months, ensuring stable and consistent service for our clients.
Transportation: Access to a car and a current driver's license is necessary, as you'll be responsible for transporting clients in your vehicle. Rest assured; you'll be reimbursed per kilometre for this service.
Selection Criteria:
· Minimum cert 4 Mental Health and/or relevant experience.
· Willingness to work on short notice.
· Current First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain).
· Current full Driver’s License & Registered Vehicle.
· Current Working with Children Check.
· Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
· Ability to work independently and effectively manage time.
· Demonstrated understanding of a person-centred approach.
· Ability to follow established recovery-oriented practices.
· Ability to follow individual support plans.
