About the role
We currently have clients located in Canberra and Regional Surrounding Areas, who require dedicated Support Workers to assist with aspects of daily living. Components of the supports include in-home support. domestic assistance, personal care, social engagement, community participation and to be ok with Animals – specifically dogs.
Person centred care is vital for our clients and workers will need to understand the true meaning of a person-centred approach.
About You
To set the benchmark standard of services, we seek likeminded support workers that uphold and represent our core values:

In addition to our values, our support staff require
mandatory compliance: - Experience as a Support Worker
- 12 months minimum Experience with complex Psychosocial Disabilities
- Relevant tertiary qualification (minimum Certificate III) in Disability or a related industry.
- Be willing to travel in Canberra and Regional Surrounding Areas.
- Medication Management Certificate Required or be willing to obtain.
- Drivers Licence & Comprehensively Insured Car
- NDIS Worker Screening Check valid on WWVP Card
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
- Flexible availability & commitment to an ongoing roster of support.
