Qualifications & experience
- Degree qualified
- Experience in the apparel industry (highly desirable)
- Experience implementing new planning forecasting methods & tools (highly desirable)
- Strong excel skills
Tasks & responsibilities
- Merchandise planning, sales analysis and reporting including in-season analysis and post season analysis of merchandise sell-through
- Inventory management including accountability for all finished goods, ensuring stock levels meet business requirements and KPIs
- Work to the critical path to ensure all product is delivered on time to meet sales and marketing requirements
- Work on exciting IT projects to improve the forecasting and planning capabilities of the function
- Complete sales and inventory forecasting to manage stock levels and product reorders
- Manage gross profit via promotional and temporary markdowns, and COGS and RRP recommendations
- Population and maintenance of the Merchandise Planning tools
