What You’ll Do: 

As the Merchandiser you will:

Make a difference: Be responsible for the VIS Agreement and maintenance of ITW Building Solution ranges to a high standard for Retail sale to enable profitable growth within region. This includes meeting/exceeding agreed customer service levels, call cycle accuracy and stock maintenance

Collaborate: Drive customer satisfaction, meeting/exceeding agreed customer service levels through superior business practises, focused customer service and strong relationship building:

• Visit customers according to prescribed call pattern
• Timely communication of relevant issues to Sales Representatives and Field/Regional Sales Manager
• Liaison with team members on any work practice affecting ITW Consumer ranging

Continuous Improvement: Maintain accurate call cycle compliance. With efficient and streamlined customer call cycle delivery, maximising the allocated in-store hours. And Commit to an active demonstration of ITW culture & values, health and safety work practices and standards and ITW Business Model

This role involves metro an regional travel.

What You'll Bring:

• Demonstrated high standards of oral and written communication skills including ability to liaise with varying levels of organisation & customer base
• Proven ability to develop & maintain customer/business relationships
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously
• Demonstrated time management and organisational skills
• Numerical literacy
