What You'll Be Doing

As our Merchandise Assistant, you'll be the right-hand support to our Category Manager, helping keep everything running smoothly by:

• Maintaining product information, sales reports, and stock data with accuracy


• Building strong relationships with suppliers, internal teams, and key stakeholders


• Providing exceptional administrative and coordination support


•  Working in a fast-moving digital retail environment where every day is different

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who is:

• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail


• Proactive, reliable, and always ready to jump in


• Experienced supporting busy managers in an administrative role


• Skilled in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data


• A confident communicator who enjoys working with people


• Experienced as a Merchandise Assistant or in retail administration (highly regarded)


• Adaptable, collaborative, and eager to learn and grow
