Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate effectively with internal teams and suppliers.
• Efficiently manage design briefs from initial request to completion.
• Develop creative design concepts for packaging, print, and digital platforms.
• Generate print-ready packaging and marketing materials.
• Design engaging digital campaigns across various platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Stay updated on design trends to infuse fresh and innovative ideas.
• Ensure designs align with the company's brand guidelines.
• Produce hard copy mock-ups for presentation and evaluation.
• Contribute to maintaining an up-to-date database of all artwork and photography.
• Utilize social media content creation skills to enhance our online presence.
• Apply basic knowledge of photography to enhance visual content.
• Animation/video skills are a plus, providing an added advantage to our multimedia projects.

The successful candidate will have :

• A strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design skills and creativity.
• Qualification in Graphic Design or equivalent, with a minimum of 3 years of mid-level graphic design experience.
• Proven experience in packaging design. 
• Proficiency in Adobe - Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is essential.
• Strong attention to detail, layout, and typography.
• Familiarity with social media content creation with a basic knowledge of photography.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and suppliers.
• Up-to-date knowledge of design standards and trends with a curiosity to learn and grow.
• Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic to intermediate video editing would be highly regarded.
