We’re currently seeking a Mid-Weight Motion & Graphic Designer to join our team. This role plays a key part in developing a dynamic social media campaign aligned with our evolving brand identity.

As a designer with a strong motion and visual skill set, you’ll create eye-catching content that captures attention and drives engagement. You’ll also be expected to adapt and refine creative assets daily in response to campaign performance data – so speed, flexibility, and creativity are essential. Working alongside our in-house global design team and marketing stakeholders, you’ll ensure all content aligns with our refreshed branding and wider marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Conceptualise, design, and produce high-quality animations and motion graphics for use across digital campaigns, social media, and video platforms.
  


• Edit and assemble video content that aligns with the brand tone and meets campaign objectives.
  


• Design both static and animated assets for digital, web, and occasional print applications.
  


• Collaborate closely with creative and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of all content.
  


• Ensure all visual outputs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across channels.
  


• Manage multiple projects at once, balancing efficiency with a keen attention to detail.
  


• Contribute to brainstorming sessions, offering creative solutions and fresh ideas to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  


• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and techniques to maintain a cutting-edge creative output.
  

Who are you? 

• 3 - 5  years years in animation, video editing, and graphic design
  


• Proven expertise in developing innovative motion graphics that elevate campaign messaging and resonate with target audiences.
  


• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite – particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  


• Working knowledge of Figma
  


• Experience in leading end-to-end production of video and motion graphic assets, including storyboarding, editing and post-production.
  


• Strong understanding of platform-specific design and video requirements, ensuring that content is optimised for social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and X.
  


• Demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of content production while maintaining quality
  


• In-depth knowledge of design trends, styles and innovative techniques to produce cutting-edge visual content.
