<About You>

• You have a minimum of 1 years’ experience working in a Migration Firm or Legal Practice with high volume and complex immigration matters.
• Experience in end-to-end immigration and Visa processes and the ability to think outside the box to provide creative solutions – especially for family streamed visa (820/801, 309/100, 300 visa subclasses) and skilled visa (SC189, SC190, SC491 visa subclasses)
• High level of computer literacy, utilising MS software applications for correspondence, reports, tables, policy documents, and presentations.
• Strong technical writing skills.
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, with the ability to consult, communicate and problem solve effectively within set guidelines.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management and organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise, to ensure set outcomes are achieved.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team in a professional and positive manner, with a ‘can do’ attitude.
• Previous experience with Legendcom and ImmiAccount, etc.
• Mandarin speaking
• Nice to have, Migration Manager Software experience.
