Recruitment Select are seeking enthusiastic individuals to work as a Mill Hand with a long standing & reputable company in Nathalia (30 minutes from Shepparton). This role is Permanent Full-Time, working shifts varying between the hours of 4.00am to 11.00pm.

You will be assisting the Leading Mill Hand with physical lifting of up to 25kgs and dispatch duties. Competitive rates on offer.

Responsibilities:

Preparation & handling of micro minerals & additives
Loading & unloading of trucks
Ensuring product segregation policy is met at all times
Maintain hygiene and tidiness of the site
Various manual based tasks as required

The successful applicant must:

Have current Forklift Licence
Excellent communication skills
Previous experience in a similar manufacturing environment advantageous
Be enthusiastic & reliable
Work effectively & as part of a team
Have positive attitude
Computer literacy skills
