Mining Production Supervisor FIFO - Hiring Urgently

About the opportunity:

Agile Mining Services are seeking an experienced Mining Production Supervisor who can lead the production crew. 

Reporting to Production Superintendent key responsibilities include:

• Responsibility for day-to-day shift planning and co-ordination of production levels, workers, equipment levels and supplies. 
• Responsibility for the daily schedule of work/rosters/shifts.
• Oversee shift process and providing appropriate instruction to designated team members to ensure smooth shift operations.
• Ensure adherence to all aspects of safety issues, particularly regarding mining equipment, raising any concerns with Production Superintendent/ Project Manager.
• Tracking production loads and machine availability (shift report) adhering to all applicable mine plans, policies, and procedures.
• Liaise with team/contractors/suppliers and other stakeholders in a professional way. 
• Show visible leadership.

 What we are looking for:

• 3-5 years' experience as a supervisor.
• Multi-purpose operator experience.
• Demonstrated team management and leadership ability and experience.
• Strong WHS knowledge and adherence.
• Excellent communication, organisational and planning skills.
• Team player with good communication skills
