The Role

As the Manager of Modern Workplace, you will lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of modern ways of working across the organisation.

You will ensure the effective use of Microsoft 365, remote access platforms, and related digital capabilities to support a secure, collaborative, and productive workforce.

Working closely with various corporate and support teams, you will drive digital maturity and user experience improvements aligned with the broader Digital Strategy.

Your Profile

You are a seasoned technology leader with a deep understanding of M365 and modern workplace technologies.

You have a proven track record of leading these functions within complex, multi-site environments and are skilled at translating user needs into practical, scalable solutions.

You are a resilient, outcomes-focused professional who excels at stakeholder engagement and maintains a positive, solution-oriented attitude in challenging situations.

What is required from you

• Lead the adoption and optimisation of Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Power Platform, and Co-pilot.
• Drive remote access uplift and standardisation, ensuring secure, reliable, and frictionless access for staff across all sites.
• Manage the performance, availability, and security of M365 workloads and services.
• Embed governance and compliance by ensuring all workplace technologies adhere to organisational cyber security standards.
• Direct change management and adoption programs for all modern workplace initiatives to improve digital maturity.
• Monitor usage insights and user feedback to identify opportunities for productivity outcomes and continuous improvement.
• Partner with business technology leaders to understand pain points and deliver changes that simplify the user experience.
• Develop user-friendly training and support materials to drive the effective adoption of new or improved solutions.
