The AdvanTEC Modernization BDM Role is responsible for driving sales by actively engaging with prospects for a solution-based offering while promoting HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) products and services to prospective customers. This role combines knowledge of HVAC systems with a strong sales focus to effectively identify, engage, and assist in closing deals. This is crucial role in meeting regional sales targets, expanding the customer base, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
Furthermore, the Modernization BDM maintains a direct reporting line to the AdvanTEC Regional Operations Manager ensuring smooth coordination and communication between customer segments. Overall, the role demands a highly capable individual who can lead and drive success through effective team sales management, financial acumen, and customer engagement.
