We’re big on flexibility, health, and shared adventure—yet serious about delivering great results in home loans, asset finance, personal lending, and commercial/development finance. We meet in person at least once a year for an end-of-year celebration and ongoing training keeps everyone sharp.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
Own client relationships from first contact to settlement
Advise and structure loans across multiple lenders and product types
Complete credit submissions, compliance, and lender liaison
Build referral partnerships and your own pipeline while working company-supplied leads
Maintain accurate CRM data and compliance checklists
Contribute to team culture, process improvements, and knowledge sharing
🧰 What You’ll Bring
At least 1 year in mortgage broking or loan writing (mentoring provided if <2 years’ experience)
Confident, native-level English communication (phone & written)
Strong problem-solving skills, commercial acumen, and attention to detail
High self-discipline—you thrive in a remote set-up
Familiarity with Australian lender policies and NCCP / responsible-lending rules
Experience with ApplyOnline, Mercury, Salestrekker, or similar is a plus
Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (Diploma preferred)
đź’¸ Salary & Bonus Structure
Base salary + super aligned to your monthly revenue target:
$70k + super → $12k/month target
$80k + super→ $14k/month target
$90k + super→ $16k/month target
$100k + super → $18k/month target
How bonus works:
You earn 50% of revenue generated over your monthly target (uncapped)
Example: If your target is $16k and you write $24k, you’re $8k over → $4,000 bonus
Ramp-Up Targets (First 6 months):
Month 1: $0
Months 2–4: 50% of full target
Months 5–6: 75% of full target
Month 7 onwards: Full target based on your base salary band
Any shortfall carries forward before bonus is payable
Targets and bonuses account for claw backs at commission reconciliation
All revenue sources, including trail income count towards your target: personal loans, equipment/asset finance, overdrafts, engagement fees, insurance policies, etc.
Commissions are paid the pay cycle after Fundd receives them (monthly reconciliation).
