  • 22.5 hours – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday

  • 20 hours – Saturday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 

• Double Pay for hours worked after 12pm on a Saturday

• Hybrid working model – 50/50 office and home after training

• Start date: Wednesday 19^th August

What you'll do

In this role you will:

• Speak with fellow enthusiasts and provide expert insurance guidance

• Help customers arrange new cover or update existing policies

• Build genuine connections through shared interests and vehicle knowledge

• Navigate multiple systems to provide accurate and efficient support

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences while meeting performance targets

• Complete a comprehensive 7-week full-time training program

What you’ll bring

• Genuine passion for cars, motorcycles or motoring culture

• Strong customer service experience

• Clear and confident communication skills

• Ability to simplify information for customers

• Confidence using technology and multiple systems

• Positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to learn

• A suitable home office setup, or willingness to create one

• Ability to attend 7-weeks full-time training before transitioning to part-time hours

Shift & Training Information

We are currently recruiting for:

• Option 1: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday – 22.5 hours per week – start window 8am-10am

• Option 2: Saturday*, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday – 20 hours per week – start window between 9am-12pm

You will complete 7 weeks of full-time onsite training in either our Adelaide or Hobart office before moving into hybrid working arrangements.

‘Start window’ means your rostered start time may vary within the listed hours. You must be able to fully commit to the shift option selected.

*100% loading on any hours after 12pm on a Saturday.
