Your New Role
As an MSP Engineer (L2/3), you'll step into a varied, hands-on position where no two days look the same. You'll work across:

• Service Desk support (L2/3)
• NOC monitoring, alert response and incident handling
• Onsite work including PC installs, user setups, and hands-and-feet tasks
• Assisting senior engineers with project delivery

What You'll Need to Succeed

Strong experience supporting Windows 10/11 and Windows Server (2016-2025), including hands-on work with Active Directory/Entra ID, Microsoft 365/Exchange Online, and exposure to backup and DR solutions.

Solid networking fundamentals, including experience with switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi.

Approximately 2-4 years of IT experience, ideally within an MSP environment.

A valid NSW driving licence and reliable vehicle.
