We are seeking an experienced Multimedia Designer to support Eightcap’s growth by creating engaging motion graphics, video content, animations, and multimedia assets that elevate our brand and marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multimedia design, motion graphics, video production, and digital storytelling, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality creative solutions in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

This role plays a key part in driving our mission to provide an exceptional experience to both our clients and team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualise and produce motion graphics, animated assets, and video edits for campaigns, digital platforms, and internal communications.
• Develop engaging video content, from storyboarding through to final delivery, ensuring consistency with campaign narratives and brand standards.
• Edit and layer footage, sound, typography, and visual effects to support storytelling.

• Collaborate with copywriters and designers to translate campaign concepts into moving content.
• Ensure outputs are optimised for multiple channels including social media, digital displays, websites, and presentations.
• Work with the Creative Lead and project stakeholders to refine creative ideas and enhance ideation with moving-image possibilities.
• Film and edit simple internally-produced market updates twice weekly.
• Manage time and priorities to deliver multiple projects concurrently.

Requirements

Essential

• 5+ years of proven experience in motion graphics and video design, ideally in an agency or in-house creative environment.

• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and supporting Adobe Creative Suite tools.
• Experience and proficiency in utilising AI platforms to generate images and footage, enhance creative output and optimise production efficiency.

• A solid eye (and ear!) for rhythm, pacing, and visual storytelling.

• Experience creating video content tailored to multiple digital and social media platforms.

• Strong understanding of current digital design and motion trends.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a creative team environment.

Desired

• Bonus points for demonstrated photography and/or videography skills.
• Additional familiarity with Figma will be highly regarded.
• Experience and proficiency with 3D graphics/animation will be beneficial.
