Your duties and responsibilities include, dealing with ASIC and ATO, maintaining the phones and emails, general office duties and much more.
Receptionist – Upper North shore Join a fantastic firm who prides themselves on their ability to actively support and engage with their clients. This role is available due to internal promotion within the administration team. This is an entry level role where your day could consist of greeting clients, maintaining office supplies, ATO correspondence, managing phones and emails, as well as general ad-hoc tasks.
Senior Administrator – Sydney CBD This role is absolute fantastic opportunity to join a fast paced and well-established firm in Sydney CBD. In this role some of your duties include general administration support to the accountants, assist with onboarding new clients, chasing outstanding bills and debtors, ASIC Lodgment and setting up companies and trusts.
