Role

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be required to perform and direct all areas of restaurant management. Exceptional guest service is a major component of this position. You will promote Subway® brand awareness and be a brand ambassador.

We are currently looking for a Multi-Site Restaurant Manager to Lead our team at Subway BP Caboolture (Southbound) & Big Fish

Responsibilities

• Direct staff to ensure that food safety, product preparation, and cleanliness standards are maintained
• Maintain standards of restaurant safety and security. Recruits staff and oversees training program
• Responsible for inventory and money control systems – may establish inventory schedules.
• Responsible for local marketing initiatives – may contact prospective guests to promote sales
• Maintain business records

Skills required:

• Leadership experience
• Experience in hospitality
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
