Your new role

As an Advisor, you'll handle high-volume inbound calls from a diverse base of Corporate and Business customers, tackling a vast range of simple to complex enquiries.

Your exceptional skills will shine as you will act as the first point of contact for Business and Corporate customers with tasks such as, but not limited to, addressing internet banking, business loans, business cards, and term deposit enquiries with a first-call resolution mindset.
Equipped with up-to-date knowledge of NAB's products and services, you will also have the capacity to educate customers on digital banking.

If you're a standout candidate, you'll have tremendous opportunities for growth and development. Your journey starts on the 1st of JULY 2024, with an initial assignment of 12 months, paying $34.58ph+super.
You'll work on a rotating roster from Monday to Friday, experiencing shifts that range from a start time of 8:00 AM to a finish time of 8:00 PM. There is a requirement to work full-time from the office for the first 6-8 months.

Training will be conducted at 700 Bourke Street, Docklands for 10-12 weeks. After the training period, you can choose to be based either at 700 Bourke Street, Docklands or 122 Lewis Road, Wantirna South (Eastern Suburb).

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven customer service experience from any industry
• Highly desirable to have call centre experience and a Business / Commerce degree
• Strong resilience, attention to detail and tech-savvy
• Possess positive work ethics with a keen determination to succeed
