Join the Tibaldi team as a full-time, National Account Executive based in Clayton Victoria.

The product range spans across traditional Italian salami, ham, bacon, traditional smallgoods, fresh meat including a range of Outdoor Bred pork.

Your Story

As National Account Executive at Tibaldi you will be part of the Sales & Marketing team based in Clayton, Victoria reporting to the Head of Retail and will be involved in:

  • Execution of detailed account objectives, competitive landscape, range opportunities, promotional drivers and sales analysis.
  • Manage, grow and maintain relationships with contacts within the key account.
  • Deliver sales strategies to meet sales targets and objectives.
  • Implement plans/strategies with customer to meet agreed targets.
  • Own the cross-functional relationships to ensure proactive communication.
  • Execution of detailed account objectives, competitive landscape, range opportunities, promotional drivers and sales analysis.
  • Manage, grow and maintain relationships with contacts within the key account.
  • Deliver sales strategies to meet sales targets and objectives.
  • Implement plans/strategies with customer to meet agreed targets.
  • Own the cross-functional relationships to ensure proactive communication.
  • Contribute to weekly sales reports, maintain customer database and general administration tasks.
  • Educate customers on insights and category data to achieve maximum results.
  • Work with our marketing team to drive growth and future opportunities.
  • Organise and run profitable promotions to promote our brands.
  • Identify segment and category growth and market opportunities, across retail brands and private label / own brand categories.
  • Deliver financial reporting to ensure ROI of activities.
  • Perform other tasks or duties as directed by the line manager which are within the limits of the employee’s skill, competence, and training.

Role will require you to use your knowledge of:

  • Demonstrated experience in basic account management (grocery accounts preferred)
  • Experience and understanding of sales data.
  • Experience in working in a team-orientated, collaborative environment with a big picture focus.
  • Experience in range planning and/or strategic category and promotional plan(s) development.
  • A current driving license is essential.

As part of the Sales & Marketing team you will: 

  • Be an adaptable, innovative team player, willing to work in a fast-paced environment with good communication skills and good sense of judgement on confliction priorities. 
  • Work collaboratively to partner with key business stakeholders including from Operations, Production, Quality and Assurance, Research and Development, Finance, Maintenance, Sales, Marketing and HR.  
  • Be ‘hands-on’ with everyone from our entry level roles to the CEO.
