About Our Role

Become an integral part of our Sales team based in South Yarra! 

Kinrise is home to some of Australia’s most iconic household brands such as Green’s, Lowan, Cobs, Poppin and Lolly Gobble alongside a large Private Label business with all Australian retailers. 

Reporting to the National Business Manager – Woolworths, the National Account Executive works across the Baking, Bakery and Breakfast categories in Woolworths for branded and private label products, supporting the achievement of financial and forecast accuracy related targets.

As support to the NBM, the NAE will take the lead on day-day operations of the Woolworths account and execution within 0-6 months while having inputs into the longer-term retailer strategy through promotional planning, trade spend management, product development ideation and trade activation with our marketing team to deliver set KPIs.

The NAE will maintain and further strengthen our relationship with Woolworths by being accountable, diligent and timely with their response to customer requests.

Working closely with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, the NAE will use their communication and interpersonal skills to tackle challenges and solve problems.

This role will require high attention to detail and proficiency in managing multiple priorities such as promotional submissions, claims and tradespend management, retailer new line forms, data entry maintenance of shared sales/marketing files.

About You

As our preferred candidate, you are resilient in challenging or ambiguous situations and know how to flex across day-to-day operational tasks. You have previous experience in customer facing role, in an FMCG business, preferably with a major grocery account.  

You are driven and have the hunger to learn and grow within the business and take on bigger challenges.

You enjoy working in a business where you roll up your sleeves and utilise your entrepreneurial attitude and you are looking to embed your experience in an FMCG business with a diverse category. 

You will have a Can-do attitude, with a drive for results and the ability to manage multiple projects. You will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills
