We are searching for a resourceful National Customer Service Manager to join our experienced team at Julzar Pty Ltd in Brisbane Airport, Brisbane QLD.

Your Responsibilities:

This is an exciting position for a highly motivated and experienced person who enjoys going the extra mile for customers and working collaboratively with the team to achieve outcomes.

You will be responsible for managing a small customer service & order entry team and ensuring the provision of an elite customer experience in line with Company KPI’s.  Every day promises to present challenges, variety and an opportunity to grow the business.  Utilizing a CRM system the person we are seeking must be energetic, a natural leader and well organized.  The ability to multi skill and prioritize are critical aspects of this position.

Your Background:

To succeed in this position, you will also possess the following skills and attributes:-

  • Minimum of three (3) years office customer service supervisory role.
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment.
  • Proactive and professional manner.
  • Strong initiative and demonstrated problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to take ownership and follow tasks through to completion.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
  • MS Office skills at an intermediate level in Word and Excel.
