National Inventory Manager - Unlimited Growth Potential

They have made their mark in a particular industry vertical and as a result have developed a strong links to the tier 1 FMCG market. With a complex national operations they are prioritizing ensuring their business is scalable for continued growth and taking market share.
  
Position Overview 
This role will play a critical role in driving nationwide continuous improvement projects, focusing primarily on the inventory and storage space. You will collaborate and work closely with the ANZ executive team to ensure Inventory Management processes are strong and efficient, and scalable for future business growth. Key responsibilities include;

• - Oversee and maintain all inventory related practices
• - Consistently participate in actively triage, diagnosing and improving policy and SOPs
• - Engage in detail analysis and dissection of relevant KPI to ensure operating efficiency remains strong
• - Engage in stakeholder management both internally and externally
• - Ensure cultural, safety and performance alignment across the Inventory and Supply Chain areas
• - Identify and implement necessary improvements and projects across inventory practices

• Proven people and operational leader with a 3PL environment
• Background and experience in driving Continuous Improvement and change 
• Strong communication and people development skills 
• Experience in driving operational excellence 
• Strong analytical background and ability to drive improvement and efficiency 
• Experience designing and implementing inventory management methodologies and procedures
