National Logistics Co -ordinator

Reporting to a supportive manager that embraces teamwork and professional development, the National Logistic Coordinator role will require you to:

• Coordinate the booking and collection of inbound and outbound containers and ships 
  


• Liaise with freight and transport companies to ensure service level agreements are maintained
  


• Review freight rates on a quarterly basis and work with the National Manager to manage costs
  


• Coordinate unit stock takes, and cycle counts across multiple warehouses
  


• Assist, prepare all documents related to export air and sea freight shipments
  


• Communicate, coordinate, and manage all stock movements between warehouses
  


• Assist to maintain safety policies and procedures
  

Requirements

To be successful in the position, you will have:

• Proven logistics coordination experience working for an organisation with multiple warehouses
  


• Experience dealing with freight and transport companies
  


• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  


• Experience working with a Warehouse Management System
  


• Strong attention to detail
  


• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
