National Marketing Manager

With 12 offices Nationwide and over 14,000 property managements Little Real Estate has been at the forefront of residential sales and property management for over a decade. We are currently looking for a National Marketing Manager to join our growing team.

Job Description

The Role

Working from our Hawthorn Head Office leading our current marketing team and reporting to the EGM of Sales & Marketing, the successful candidate will lead our digital and print strategy to elevate and expand the LRE brand across NSW, QLD and VIC.

Duties

• Strategy development and implementation to enhance the LRE brand across our 12 office locations – both digital and print
• Design and execution of targeted EDM campaigns to increase lead generation and conversion
• Implement & manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels including PPC, social media and affiliate marketing
• Ensure brand messaging integration across all customer touch points
• Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication to ensure alignment and synergy across various teams
