Healthcare Australia (HCA) is Australia's largest provider of temporary and permanent staffing solutions to the healthcare industry, and a provider of direct support to aged care, NDIS, and disability service participants in their homes and the community across Australia.
Reporting to the Head of NDIS, the National Rostering Team Leader manages the Rostering team to ensure efficient and allocation of of support workers to fill the required shifts andmatch the right workers to support HCA client needs.
What you’ll be doing:
Lead and mentor the Rostering team to deliver accurate, timely rosters.
Optimise rostering processes to enhance client experience and staff utilisation.
Implement effective staff/client matching processes.
Work closely with Recruitment, Customer Care and Business Relationship teams.
Ensure compliance with awards, Fair Work legislation and NDIS Practice Standards.
Drive continuous improvement and workforce planning initiatives.
What we’re looking for:
3–5+ years’ experience managing teams in workforce management/rostering.
Strong understanding of NDIS, Aged Care or health-related services.
Proven leadership, coaching and mentoring skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
Confident with MS Office and CRM systems.
