Job Description - National Sales Manager

Your new role:

Over the last five decades EGR has been a strong and proud leader in the Automotive Accessory market, building and growing relationships as the Original Equipment Manufacturer for world class automotive brands.

We are now leveraging our stellar reputation to transform our After Market division to the next level of excellence.

In your new role as the National Sales Manager:

You will lead our capable and driven Australian sales team relaunching EGR as the household name in aftermarket accessories with current and new products.

You will drive business development and business performance through the creation of new customer relationships with key distributors and direct to consumer.

You will continue to foster strong relationships with our current partners, distributors and customers whilst expanding product knowledge and range.

You will provide customer insight and market feedback and work closely with our product development teams and engineers at EGR to ensure that we remain obsessed with our customer needs and desires when it comes to their vehicles.

You have a desire to achieve in everything you do and will have a long and stable career with a company that values tenacity and innovation.

About You:

Your previous experience of 5 - 10 years in a National or Global Sales role with demonstrated results in driving new and existing business will see you succeed in this role.

You have a passion and knowledge of the automotive industry either personally or professional that is reflected in your ability to build relationships with customers.

You have a strong commercial and financial acumen, understanding the key drivers of business performance and designing strategy to achieve.

You lead your team with an engaging and motivating style, creating an environment that enables and empowers your team to deliver.
