The Opportunity
Join our winning team as National Sales Manager – Capital Projects.
This is a new role created due to company growth. You will lead our Capital Projects sales team and be responsible for maximising its performance by winning current project tenders and building a strong pipeline of future project opportunities.

The Role
You will lead the Capital Projects sales team with direct dealmaking responsibility on major deals and managing a team of two responsible for day-to-day deals. You will be responsible for maximising our win rate on target live project tenders whilst maximising the gross profit on project tenders won. You will be responsible for getting our product specified in target client technical specifications. Building a strong pipeline of future project opportunities with the right technical specifications is the key to future success.
Key responsibilities include:
We run a structured sales process with strong use of CRM. Our engineered products offer best-in-class performance that we sell directly to the design engineer or mining company at a premium price. Our Capital Projects sales team operates a sales model focused on getting our products ‘technically specified’ for our target product packages with our target clients. Our sales team is well supported by the rest of our team allowing them to focus on winning deals and building a pipeline of future opportunities.
There will be progression opportunities into a regional Head of Sales role (APAC, North America, South America, EMEA) for high-performers as the business grows.
About You
We are looking for a Sales Manager / Leader who is competitive and highly motivated, with the ability to drive out-performance. You will enjoy working in a structured sales environment with high accountability, clear metrics, and a strong focus on results. You will have a ‘hunter’ mentality, high energy, and strong discipline on activities and metrics. You will enjoy specifying and selling a premium product that out-performs the competition and delivers the value to justify a premium price point. You will be looking for a ‘captain/coach’ role where you can still do the big deals yourself whilst managing a small sales team.
Product or industry experience is not required. You will have a strong desire to learn and improve your knowledge and skills. To assist with this, we will put you through a structured onboarding and training program to bring you up to speed as quickly as possible.
