Cyklop Packaging is a well-established supplier of industrial packaging consumables and equipment across Australia. With a strong footprint in strapping, stretch wrap, tape and related equipment, the business services both resellers and end-users across multiple states. 

The Opportunity

We are seeking a commercially astute National Service Manager to oversee equipment installation, maintenance, and technical support across the business.

This role is critical in ensuring service reliability, customer satisfaction, and the growth of service and consumables revenue.

You’ll lead a small, high-impact team and set national service standards while driving operational and commercial excellence. 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all service technicians nationally
• Oversee installations, preventative maintenance, and breakdown response
• Standardise installation and commissioning processes
• Develop training programs and maintain technical documentation
• Support capital equipment sales with technical expertise
• Implement preventative maintenance contracts and drive service revenue
• Monitor technician productivity and service profitability

About You

• Technical background in industrial equipment
• Experience leading multi-site service teams
• Strong organisational and coordination skills
• Commercially minded with a focus on service margins and cost recovery
