Job Description - National Services Manager

The Role
We're seeking a highly experienced National Services Manager to lead our Customer Service, Estimating, and Technical Design teams. You will be responsible for service performance and operational excellence nationally, reporting directly to the executive leadership team.


You’ll oversee the strategic direction and day-to-day performance of three critical functions — with a strong focus on systems improvement, customer satisfaction, and scalable growth.



Key Responsibilities



  • Lead and mentor high-performing teams across Estimating, Technical Design (Drafting) & Scheduling

  • Drive process efficiency, system improvements, and national service delivery

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Operations, Sales & Commercial

  • Deliver on customer commitments in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

  • Develop strategic plans aligned to business objectives and industry demands



About You
You are an operational leader with senior management experience in construction — ideally in residential or commercial sectors. You thrive in complex environments where analysis, leadership, and service delivery go hand in hand.



You’ll Bring



  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a management role within construction

  • Proven leadership experience in construction-related service operations

  • Strong background in technical design (drafting), estimating, and scheduling

  • Formal qualifications in Business, Construction, or Project Management

  • Excellent stakeholder communication and team management skills

  • A passion for continuous improvement and customer-first service culture

  • Ability to work at pace while maintaining high attention to detail
