Job Description - NDIS Service Manager

Want to work with leaders in NDIS support?  Care about your participant more than just a job and genuinely want what is best for them? Able to take initiative and seek proactive care, capacity building and ability assistance?  We want to talk to you!

 We work closely with NDIS providers in Quality Assurance, Operations and continual improvement in Provider Care and service delivery.  We assist in Human Resources and recruiting only the best Support Worker for each participants requirements.

Currently we are on the hunt for Service Manager with demonstrated leadership skills and experience in the NDIS sector to manage the service delivery that meets the NDIS practice standards. Our desired applicants will hold high regard for our customer and their families, proven ability to meet the expectations and needs of clients that meet individual goals by considering a range of options and services.

Previous experience in service management in NDIS is highly desirable. Critical thinking, time management and organisational skills, strong computer literacy, team approachable and supportive demeanour and client centric approach. 

Alert, proactive approach to capacity building, thorough knowledge, and strict adherence to Restrictive Practice, PBSP and Legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a first point of contact for participants, their families, and the support team and provide appropriate and current information regarding care service deliverables.  Regular contact and support of participants ensures progressive capacity building, well-being, management of feedback, and support team adherence to company Policy and Procedures and best practices.
Continual review of support plans, adjusting and modifying as required, service deliverables, and involvement with allied health as required. Regular Workplace health and Safety compliance, in home risk assessments and auditing service delivery to ensure best practice.
Positive brand ambassador, leading by example, exemplary communicator and leader with ability to lead and demonstrate best practice to support team, you are a dynamic and adaptable individual with a passion to support and positively impact the lives of others.
