The Personnel Group is seeking an experienced NDIS Support Coordinator to join our team. The position for this role is negotiable for the successful candidate but will provide remote services to the wider TPG NDIS team. Occasional travel may be required. This position is a full-time role Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm. Flexible working arrangements can be negotiated. 

 


We are seeking an experienced NDIS Support Coordinator who is self-motivated, with a passion for helping participants achieve their goals, and who is excited about working in a newly created role and working towards growing the program. 

The role

The main responsibilities of this role is to assist NDIS participants to activate their NDIS plans. This includes supporting participants to understand their plan, understand NDIS processes, identify service options, and manage their allocated individual budget. 

You will work with the participants, their families and carers. You will also liaise with key stakeholders and service providers as required.

What are we looking for? 

  • Experience in the NDIS and Disability Sector

  • Strong knowledge of NDIS 

  • A candidate who can work independently 

  • Ability to develop rapport with a wide range of stakeholders

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to engage with a wide variety of stakeholders

  • Excellent planning and problem-solving skills

If you are successful to progress through the recruitment process you will be required to undertake an online psychometric assessment that can take up to two hours to complete.

Successful employment is conditional upon receipt of compliance checks which include Police check, working with children check (state specific) and NDIS Worker clearance check.
