A leading not-for-profit organisation based in the inner suburbs of Melbourne have seen huge growth in Melbourne, resulting in heavy investment in the IT team & infrastructure. The knock on effect has been the creation of a rapidly developing environment which requires technically proficient and experienced IT staff.

The Role

As the Network Administrator and key component of the IT team you will be afforded a high level of responsibility and must have great capabilities when it comes to managing and administering complex enterprise networks.

Your role will include both the maintenance and management of legacy networks and assisting Senior Engineers with the design and implementation of new networks.

About You

You will have demonstrable skills administering complex networks have experience with:

• Solid networking fundamentals: switching, routing, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, and QoS
• Hands-on experience supporting enterprise Wi-Fi environments
• Exposure to Cisco, Fortinet, and HPE Aruba technologies
• ITIL-aligned experience across incident, change, problem, and request management
• Strong operational capability: network security awareness, monitoring tools, and documentation upkeep

Regarding qualifications and certification, you will have:

• Cisco certification (CCNA/CCNP)
• Tertiary qualifications in a related field
