In this role, you'll:
Be at the centre of a critical road safety and enforcement network, coordinating operational requests, and providing expert support to internal and external stakeholders. You will manage enquiries relating to camera maintenance, access arrangements, site activities and enforcement operations, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and professionally. Working within a high performing team environment, you will play an essential role in maintaining service excellence and supporting the effective delivery of network operations.
You will also help safeguard the reliability and effectiveness of a state-wide enforcement camera network through proactive monitoring and operational oversight. You will track system health, camera connectivity, incident capture performance, time synchronisation and site availability, ensuring potential issues are identified and addressed before they impact operations. By coordinating with technical specialists and service providers, you will contribute to the seamless operation of critical enforcement infrastructure that supports community safety outcomes.

This is a fixed-term flexible hybrid role until 29 January 2027. 50% of your time will be office based, with 5 days a month based from our offices at Parramatta, and 5 days from any other TfNSW office location. Preference would be for the successful applicant to spend all 10 days a month from the Parramatta office. Salary - $95,543. 00 - $100,405.00 + super.
