A great opportunity exists for a real estate professional to take a step up in their career and concentrate on new business development within our Residential Property Management Division. 

We are seeking a dedicated professional who is a progressive self starter with a winning attitude and enjoys the challenge of gaining new business. Someone who prides themselves on presentation, communication and is a natural negotiator with a commitment to service excellence. As a Business Development Manager you will be involved in all aspects of the prospecting process, listing & marketing of new business.

The successful applicant will preferably have minimum 2 years Property Management/sales experience, current Real Estate licence, reliable vehicle and be committed to a long term career in the Real Estate Field. 

We are offering a competitive base salary and a great incentive structure for the right candidate. Expected earnings with base and commissions is estimated between $135,000 - $155,000 pa
