Therefore, due to a well-deserved internal promotion, we are seeking to appoint a true leader who has a people-focused approach to join our team as our New Car Sales Manager. 

Our dealership has been successful in developing a supportive, high performance team culture and we are looking for a leader who can continue to drive, develop, and inspire our team.

• A visionary leader with a passion for retail and providing an unprecedented level of customer service. 
• A hands-on Sales Manager with a strong focus on follow up and maximizing every opportunity.
• A process driven leader with profound knowledge and understanding of the importance of each step in the sales process.
• A leader who is able to foster a culture of excellence, employee engagement and customer satisfaction.
• A leader who thrives in a high-pressure environment, leads by example, and displays superior negotiation and closing skills.
• An individual who has extensive motor industry experience (essential). Mazda experience favorable however, not essential.
